How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ship within 24 business hours after receiving your approval for your proof.

How long does it take to get the photo proof?

Photo proof will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days if ordered Monday-Thursday. Proof will be e-mailed by end of operating hours on Monday for orders placed Friday-Sunday.

Will the wording be created for my ticket for me?

Yes, if you provide us with information about your event, we will create a ticket for you. A photo proof will be e-mailed to you for your approval. Changes can be made at that point. When you are satisfied with the ticket we complete your order and ship it.

How much do the tickets cost?

The cost is $1.32 each if you are ordering 20 - 50, $1.29 for 51 - 75 and $1.27 for 76 - 100, after that there are incremental discounts. See our price chart for details.

What are the color choices for the tickets invitations?

The ticket invitations come are available in blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red and yellow.

Are envelopes included with my order?

Yes, blank envelopes are included with your order at no additional charge. You now have the option to order envelopes with your return address printed on the back flaps.

What is the size of the ticket invitation?

The ticket invitation is 2" high by 5 1/2" long.

I like the idea of a ticket invitation, but the size is too small for me to get all the wording on it. Do you carry a larger ticket invitation?

Invitations Galore does offer some other ticket style invitations. You may see them by clicking here.

What is the size of envelope that comes with the ticket invitation?

The envelopes are 4 3/8" X 5 3/4".

Do the envelopes have to be the same color as the invitations?

No, you may mix and match the invitations and the envelopes.

Do you offer magnet backers?

Yes, we now offer magnet backers at .96¢ each.

Can I change the wording on the ticket from what is shown?

Yes, you may customize the ticket invitations at no additional charge. However, there are character limitations to follow on the order form.

Can the font on the ticket invitations be changed?
No, the font cannot be changed.

Do you print the ticket invitations in foreign languages?

No, the ticket invitations can only be printed in English.

Do you have a ticket invitation catalog?

No, not at this time. You may see examples of the many occasions from our main page.

Are Samples available?

Yes, we can send you a sample. Call or e-mail us to request a sample. Be sure to tell us what color and occasion you want.

What if I receive my tickets and there is a mistake in printing?

Contact us, and we will correct the mistake and ship out the replacement.

Do the ticket invitations ship from New Tripoli, PA?

No, they ship from St. Charles, MO.
